Very special blanket to go on my daughters bed when she moves out of the cot.
Aiming for 24 squares ( love that they are big squares)….. 6 down!

7/6/12 ~ decided to make it a bit bigger to fit a double bed so now have 30 square to complete :/ have completed 18 so over half way at least!

4/8 ~ so the last of my yarn finally arrived and I think i will just have to use what I have and leave it at that….perhaps 30 12inch squares was a bit to much of an expectation (and very expensive :/..)

21/8 ~ about to finish the last 2 squares then onto weaving in :0

28/8 ~ all joined! Still trying to find the ‘perfect’ boarder pattern
