I made this for as a sample for the pattern, but what I really want to do is to wear this all the time. The yarn is just delicious! Too bad I have to keep this nice for trade shows and the like and just can’t wear it all the time! I love the red color and am very happy with the way this came out, especially the reversible patterning.

If you haven’t done twisted decreases before, don’t worry, I tell you how to do it in the pattern. If new stitches and techniques intimidate you a little, practice the stitches on scrap yarn. And as with all lace, it’s helpful to use lifelines.
