Every time I see my sister wearing the Matsuyama I made a few years ago, I wish I had one. So I’ll try again with this beautiful yarn. Will make it in one piece and avoid previous disaster.
One skein knit to 35 inches. I didn’t want to run short and was lucky to find a third skein.
This yarn is very different from cashmere expectations. It is tightly spun and actually feels more like cotton when knitting with it. Followed yarn instructions about washing out spinning oil in hot water and Dawn dish detergent. Took three times to get clear water, then a good rinse. The yarn is GORGEOUS!!
