This will be my first time working with Linen and my 2nd Heidi K pattern. I called my DH and thanked him for the Chanukah gift!

I am a loose knitter and even the 8s seemed too small. What a quick gauge swatch!

I was just looking through other versions of this project, and a helpful Raveler ( Cheryl, AKA “SpinnyC”), who posted a video about how to join Yarns that have a hollow core such as the linen that I’m working with. It’s a very cool video:

Well I still haven’t been able to write a bloody thing since November 9, but I’ve been needing up a storm. Here is another fruit of my labor. I really love this project and the Kestrel was a joy to work with
