Didn’t have enough yardage to knit the pattern as written, and used a spreadsheet to determine the largest size I could make. Here are my mods:

Work 1st increase section as written.
Work 6 repeats of increase section #2, but don’t work 8B on the last.
Work 13 repeats of dec #1.
Work dec #2 as written.
