Interesting fact about this shawl:

In 2013 I knit this shawl pattern using a hand dyed merino singles yarn and 5 mm needles. The finished shawl came out as a tiny shawlette.

Although I did not make any significant changes to the pattern, the black shawl turned out huge :)

I may have evolved somehow… :)

Modifications:

• 3 stitch garter tab / top edge
• added 4 extra rows to the lace edge
• JSSBO on the right side

I am pleased with the final outcome. It is a staple wardrobe piece :)
