Notes:
I wanted a bigger shawl so I added 6 pattern repeats (48 sts = 8 sts to one repeat) to the body part of the shawl, which makes a total of 255 stitches (127 stitches on each side + 1 centre stitch).

As the lace pattern of the edging is a multiple of 6, I basically added 4 more edging lace pattern repeats to each side.

19-06-2013:
I have now finished one edging lace pattern repeat. It is a good sized shawl, and I will see how it looks after the second repeat, and if I need to add a third one.

Bound off without adding another edge repeat. Will block tomorrow and add photos when finished.

25-06-2013:
Weather and time permitted adding photos today. I am quite pleased with the result, coming closer to knitting “lacy lace shawls”. Blocked it measures 170 cm from tip to tip and 88 cm from top to bottom, and it weighs 69 grams.
