I used fine weight yarn for this shawl, and enlarged it. Per this post you continue with chart B after finishing charts A to D, which is exactly what I did. I knitted charts A, B, C and D, and then chart B again. I also enlarged the garter stitch border to 8 ridges in keeping with the 8/16 stitch pattern repeat.

Worked well, aggressively blocked the shawl measures 250cm along the top edge and is 130cm deep.
