Beaded throughout, using Miyuki 8/0 matte silver lined grey round seed beads (8-21F) and a 0.6mm crochet hook.

I added a bead onto every CDD on chart 1 and onto the stitch between yarnovers on charts 2 & 3. I used about 10 grams of beads.

• 5 repeats of chart 1
• 1 repeat of chart 2
• 1 repeat of chart 3

Great pattern! The lace really looks like olive branches with olives on top. Thus I kept the original name. Turned out large enough for my liking.

It was not as difficult as I imagined to knit with black yarn (even with artificial light), so I shall be knitting more black shawls. :)
