easy pattern so far - photo does not do the colour justice - it is a beautiful deep maroon with light chocolate and reds. it will make a lovely fall sweater (baby was just born!)

making the 12 mo size

bought it at the knitters frolic, (Purple Purl) - it was $20 for one skein and the pattern.

did a total 2” sleeve (1” knit, 1” seed st) - more ‘trendy’ as my co-workers say, and less traditional.

as others have mentioned - I don’t like the sleeves - they could have more shaping of sorts.

I will for sure block it; the front edge curl (pre wash) is driving me bananas…..
