Using all 8 ply yarns from stash.

Head started.

21-08-2018

Have picked this up finally.
Head and body knitted and stuffed. Skullcap knitted and sewn on. Face done.

28-08-2018 Week 2. Arms and legs.

Used Joes’ fingered hands. Added 4 rounds to start for wrist.
Used Raggedy Annabels foot pattern for feet. Gave her socks for now. Shoes later.

01-09-2018 Bloomers.

Did the ribbing on 2.5 mm needles, then changed to 3 mm for the rest. Did 30 rows all told before dividing for the legs. Knitted 6 rounds before the 13 pattern rows. Cast off loosely. They turned out perfect.

13-10-25. Finally finished.

Well, what can I say.. this poor doll waited so long to be finished.
Opted for plaits and omitted hat and coat.
I love her just as she is.
I did the dress around 2020 ..
added a bit of colour to it yesterday with a small embroided flower and leaves.
now going to look at more unfinished projects
