1/31/18--Finally finished the last square, inspired to do so because now I know to whom this blanket will go. The husband of a dear friend has stage 4 cancer, and gets terribly cold when he sits for hours undergoing chemo. This lap-size blanket will help keep him warm.

4/11/18--I’m a bad friend because I didn’t sew all the squares together until today. Currently blocking.

UPDATED: Peter passed away 1/10/2019. Tammy said he used the blanket until nearly his last day. Sweet dreams, sir, and flights of angels sing you to your rest.
