January 22, 2026: CoopKnits Socks Yeah is a light fingering yarn with very little give. Also, I wanted to make a pair of socks with a slightly loose fit. So, GTCO 80 sts on 2.75mm needles. Transfer to 2.25mm and knit the sock until the end of the gusset. I was surprised that I needed so many stitches! The yarn is really thin and the hibernal sock pattern looks best, imo, when it is not stretched too much. For the foot section I wanted a tighter fit. So, I transferred to 2.0mm for the foot section.

Toe: Reduce on alternate rows until 20 sts remain. Reduce on very row until 8 sts remain.
