Needle was too long to join stitches for size 6-12 month. Had to go back to yarn shop for smaller length needles.
Finished short row increases. Now need to knit for 7 inches.
I did not fold and join top. I’d rather sew it down later after putting In elastic. Bought elastic at Michael’s; Joanne closed.
3/11/25 separated legs and am on inner thigh decreases. Found dp needles of correct size. Will see down top. And put elastic in soon!
3/14/25 Couldn’t find elastic that was slightly under 1 inch so got 1 inch. Sewed flap over and used bodkin to thread elastic through. Finished knitting one leg and am on ribbing. Worried about having enough yarn for other leg and ruffle but hoping all is well!
