back panel 8.25” is 28 garter bumps
3.25in is 10 garter bumps

for the hem and last button: will knit 10 garter bump rows before starting the ribbing, after 8 rows (kind of like 4 garter bump rows), I’ll add another button hole, then will do 2 more rows for 12 rows of ribbing

doing regular ribbing instead of twisted rib

sleeves: do 4 garter bumps between decreases, decrease to 64sts, end on a purl row then do 12 rows of ribbing

neckband is 7 total rows

pockets: 20 garter ridges, change to smaller needles, 7 rows regular 1x1 rib

Each time I would try this on, the neckline would droop like crazy but the collar helps this tremendously

Still needs 20mm buttons

I finished all the knitting in about 2 weeks but took forever with the pockets. I ended up knitting the pockets separately and sewing them on instead of picking up stitches
