Working the collar first instead of last

Last time the raglan was too long so this time going to work to 20 inc normally and then work the next 4 inc without any knit rows between and it should be perfect

Going to omit body shaping and changing the needle size. Last time I’m 99% sure I didn’t change my needle size and it came out well and I’m really loving the fabric I’m getting
