Entered this in the New Liskeard Fair, won 1st place in Any other knit or crochet article.

Finally I got around to blocking this. Motivation kicked in when I realized that I would have two finished knits waiting to be blocked very shortly. Pics to follow.

I’m done! Fourteen repeats. I’ll block it up to see the final product soon.

I’m half way through the yarn and I have 10 repeats. This is going to be enough yarn to make the scarf signifigantly bigger. YAY!

After two repeats I got nervous about not having enough yarn. so I frogged and cast on with 102 stitched this time, 10 pattern repeats wide. I’m back up to 2 repeats in length.

This yarn was a gift brought back from Copenhagen for me. It appears to be about fingering weight and the skein was actually two smaller skeins when I opened it up. Probably meant for socks. I double the # of cast on stitches and I’m going to knit until I’m out and hope for a decent sized stole on size 3.75 needles.
