Adding band to front due to rolling it also feels unfinished.
Right hand side band
Using 4mm starting at bottom pick up and knit 10 sts bottom eyelet band
pick up and knit 48 sts along front st st part
Pick up and knit 19 sts along yoke
Total 77 sts
Beginning with a WS row p1, k1 to last st, p1
RS side row p1 k1, p1 repeat till end of row
repeat 2 rows once more
WS bind off knit wise

Left hand side band
Using 4mm starting at top
Pick up and knit 19 sts along yoke
pick up and knit 48 sts along front st st part
pick up and knit 10 sts bottom eyelet band
Beginning with a WS row p1, k1 to last st, p1
RS side row p1 k1, p1 repeat till end of row
repeat 2 rows once more
WS bind off knit wise

If I knitted this in the future I would add some shaping on the arms and maybe change to 4mm needles to do seed stitch on cuffs.

This yarn looks much better after blocking

Used very little of the 3rd ball of yarn.
