BEST PRACTICES:
I reduce slant by:
.. using the Yarn-Under Method on the initial pull-through loop of each DC stitched.
.. reversing direction at the start of each round (color pattern permitting).

I’m using the HDC Method to join rounds in keeping with fabric-consistent Ch-space/Corner gaps.

I’m using the Wrap-DC Method to eliminate unsightly Chain-ups at the start of each round, and the Side-DC Method to stitch up and begin each row of the sleeves.
