My first attempt at this, done strictly by the pattern, ended up with tentacles that were not as long as I wanted. The only adjustment I made to the pattern was to make longer tentacles so it covered more of the face. My boyfriend wanted this for when he goes snowboarding. You can make this with or without an extra piece behind the tentacles to help cut the wind if it is going to be a functional piece and not just for fun.
