These yarns were a gift from my dear friend Trixy. They play beautifully together and are warm and lovely. I blocked this hat over a plate to give it a beret shape. Otherwise it really looks mostly like a loose, but normal hat. Fun pattern to knit, and I love the way the variegated yarn plays with the plain yarn. It sort of looks like fall leaves against a blue sky.
