Went up one needle size from pattern suggestion because I’m a tight knitter. Final blocked dimensions: 4” wide and 72” long.

Made scarf longer/wider than original test pattern in order to use up as much yarn as possible. The way the pattern is written, you can weigh your yarn and begin mirrored decreases when you have used half of it.

I decided not to use up all my yarn but instead to start the decrease section when the middle section was twice as long as one of the ends (e.g., the ends added together = the middle). That seemed like a nice proportion to me and not too long. I only ended up using about half of the yarn I had spun.
