This project took quite a bit of ripping back, counting rows, Russian joins, cutting out sections of a particular color and thus wasting yarn, etc. to get decent-looking stripes. I really don’t like the look of color changes on purl rows, so the garter edges were difficult to make right. A lot of fuss for a tiny garment! A colorway with longer stripe repeats would have worked better (this one had one wide stripe and five smaller stripes).
