Finished lashing on. Warping complete.

I guess these are big towels. stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes

I originally intended them as maybe baby blankets, or a baby wrap … but they wanted to be towels. This is why they are such different sizes -- there was no plan or measuring. Sigh

They’ve been cut apart, wet-finished, ironed … and 2 have been pinned and are ready to sew.

I took forever to finish these, because after I washed them I realized that the spool of thread I grabbed FROM MY 100% COTTON THREAD STORAGE was a polyester blend. So on one side of that last towel, there was major, major ruffling going on. Gah! I was so, so careful back when I rearranged things and divided all my thread, but obviously not careful enough. Funny how that so depressed me that it took months (until June!) until I got up the gumption to work on the hems, all because of that one ruffled end!

I ended up cutting the woven thread sections on both ends off that one towel. Since I didn’t have the thin thread section, the hems still ruffled a bit, and I still don’t like it -- but at least all the others are done!
