Using larger needles because I can’t find the smaller ones. I knit tightly anyway.

Embroidering instead of duplicating stitches for eyes – I don’t see why you should duplicate stitches, it looks terrible…

Also, the pattern instructions ignore that the head is also knit twice and sewn… it’s not difficult to spot the error, fortunately.
