I loved my first shawl made with this pattern, I wanted to make another one. BUT, there is always a BUT.
I wanted to make the edge more flexible. I asked a few “professionals” I didn’t get much help.
So this is what I am doing. On the right side I replaced the M1 with a YO, and on the wrong side I KTBL the YO (knit through the back loop). It is more flexible.
Plus I added #5 miyuki beads to the eyelet row.

I finished the second eyelet row when I had around 200 + stitches, added beads again. Rows are getting very long, but I like the way it looks.
I did a picot bind off, took me for ever, I had 260 + sts.
I washed it and blocked it, not too much, but the length is too long and not wide enough. It is more like a scarf than a stole/shawl.
And by the way, the edge is more stretchy ;-)
