This is the fourth set I’ve made of these wrist warmers with that stitch at the top (to match the scarf). I followed pattern of starting chain of 41 and did 30 rows. This is probably the best I’ve done, but I liked doing them in the Paton’s Bamboo Silk better because that yarn is thinner and made for a better fit. I made the stitching as tight as I could. The color is Harvest Red 9763. I was trying to match this dress from David’s Bridal (not to be used in the ceremony just for when she is outside) for my friend who is getting married on Valentine’s Day. The color looked washed out on the wrist warmers, that is why I added the scarf pic. When I was joining with whip stitch I made sure to go around the thumb holes.
