Easy pattern available in large print.
I could not make sense of the twisted cord directions so I just crocheted a cord about 8” and joined the ends to make a loop. I found it easier to sew the nose on before stuffing the head & closing the seam as well as the arms before stuffing and seaming the body.

I used circular needles and when making the feet I knit both at the same time on the circular needles using two ends of the skein (center pull and wrapped ends). I did the same for the arms.
