Notes

Used a bulky yarn
Size 11 circular needles (I started with wooden needles but switched to metal because the needles were too sticky for the fuzzy yarn?
CO 36 stitches using German Twisted Cast on.
Knit 18 repeats of the 14 row stitch pattern to 56”
Cast off using a stretchy bind off

Because of the thick and thin nature of the yarn there were a few spots of very bulky yarn in the YOs that I did not like. but it was not the end of the world.

The scarf blocked longer than I intended , I was going to join the two ends to make a long cowl as in the directions but my friend wanted to keep it a long scarf, and so it is! I like how it turned out, I just hope the yarn holds up to wearing and washing it.
