Also using thrums made from undyed merino wool roving which should hopefully protect against the itchiness of the yarn.

The yarn is crazy scratchy and while the merino thrums with protect the hands they leave the cuff exposed to the wrists. I will be using a different yarn for the cuffs, something softer but also brightly colored.

Magic loop with 6, increase rounds until 30, all single crochet until thumbs

Added 2 balls of white so that I would have enough yarn for 2 pairs. Because of the white yarn I could not use white thrums. Rainbow thrums made and the mittens are striped 4 rows at a time. 31 rows tall

Used a bit of leftover Aisha Celia yarn to make the cuffs. Cuffs were 18 stitches long, back loop only.
