As someone else said, a blanket of a shawl. It’s fantastic though. I would do a couple of things differently if I were to make it again though.

Definitely need a yarn over for the icord edging every other color or so on the side where you change over. I’ve lost about two inches due to it being so tight. This is the first time I’ve done an icord with color changes so I didn’t know what I was getting into.

I would probably do the whole project on size 8 needles. I knit very tightly and my size 7 interchangeable broke when I went to change for the mosaic. Size 8’s actually brought me to gauge and I preferred the fabric made by it. Similarly, I did my icord bind-off with size 8 needles instead of going to a smaller size 5 as the pattern requested. I feel like this made the edge stretchier and plumper, which I enjoy quite a bit.

I can’t wait to get this blocked out, it’s already fantastic to wrap myself up in and it was hard to put it in the water. I want to wear it all the time.
