The Whole Nine Yarns is giving away a pattern a day for those of us who are snowed in in GA.

I’ve been looking for a slipper sock pattern, and decided to give it a go.

1/13/11 - Followed pattern, except to continue decreasing with a knit round in between at the top of the toe (mine was looking a bit short). Completed first sock, and cast on for the second.

1/19/11 - As I completed the second sock I realized I read the pattern wrong, which is why my sock looked short. DOH! But, I made the second to match the first, and they fit fine.

Socks sure do go quickly with worsted. :)
