Used provisional cast-on method using a crochet hook (https://youtu.be/0wkQRG4Tmv4). The crochet chain in a different yarn made it easier to make sure the work wasn’t twisted when joining in the round.

After finishing the garment, I picked up stitches from the provisional cast-on, knit 4 more rows and bound off, using the same I-cord used for the neck and sleeves. All edges finished with I-cord to give it a look similar to Petite Knit’s Cumulus Blouse.
