Knowing I wouldn’t have enough yarn to make this hat the way it was written, I modified the pattern to make a less slouchy beanie. =D

First, I never used the size 11 needles.

Second, I cast on 37 stitches and then did the pattern as written other than the needle change.

I knew it’d be enough stitches because the cowl was 41 stitches and is much bigger than my head. =D
