An entirely doubled thickness hoodie for Mehdi. I sewed him a hoodie years ago, with double faced fleece. One face was teal, the other one was navy blue. I used exactly the same colors. He’s very happy with it, though I am not.
Baby Merino is heavy, especially in large and long project. Add to that the double thickness factor… It wasn’t the ideal yarn for this project, in my opinion.

It’s been a labor of love… I explored pretty deeply my machine knitting skills, ingeniosity, and patience. I took me weeks to assemble it. Grafting, sewing, reinforcing.
You know what? Mehdi is actually wearing t-shirt almost all year long.

Proud about it in spite of everything.
