I want a generous neck opening. So I CO 90 sts and completed 7 rounds of ribbing.

On round 8, (ktbl, k) repeat 45 times.

Stopped to wet block and see how this sweater will grow.

I went with the short sleeves and completed 7 rounds of ribbing and then bound off.

I’m essentially knitting a size 4 (from a total stitch count perspective).

This is how I divided the back, sleeves, and front: Back 36, Sleeve 29, Front 80, Sleeve 29, Back 36. Then I followed the underarm cast-on and raglan increases for size 4.

Total stitches before sliptting for the sleeves: 266.
