Notes

I had made several different versions of flower tawashi and decided to modify a sunflower version into what became the Tawashi Scrubber pattern. I specifically made this pattern to not be a flower. Yet after creating a couple of solid colored versions, I just had to grab some yarn and make flowers! Argh.

I refer to them as Chrysanthemum, though I don’t think that’s the correct flower. The yellow one looks more like a sunflower anyway.

If you are interested in this color scheme, here’s how I did it.

  • Rounds 1-2: Color A (e.g. Brown)
  • Round 3: Color B (e.g. Pink)
  • Rounds 4-6: Color C (e.g. Yellow)
  • Back piece of tawashi, border and strap: Green
