Had to frog back the 3rd white section - the tension of a plain garter stitch was OBVIOUSLY too loose in one row. Picky Picky Picky.

The red dye bled onto the natural during blocking but Oxyclean managed to get MOST of it out. It looks less obvious outdoors.

The lace really ‘blossomed’ and the finished dimension went from 64” X 27” to 76” x 32” - will be a nice addition for my shawl collection!

Biggest pet peeves were my own mistakes - PLEASE NOTE: Really scrutinize the garter stitch sections for visible mistakes/inconsistencies in tension before moving on to the k2tog/yo lace sections… the ability to ‘tink down’ is nearly impossible if you do spot a mistake later on.

Fun project and a ‘lesson learned’ in hand-dying with red dye. (I thought the blue was going to be the issue, alas).
