Something fun for my ‘new’ car - since giving up my CRV and being without it’s ‘tire cozy’ a couple of years ago, I’ve missed having Knitted Swag on my Wheels!!!

This is one of those fiddly patterns that require me to pay more attention to than I’d like… Sigh… Have to frequently re-do rows because stitch counts are off. Lace Knitting isn’t hard… just Fussy!

NOTE/Warning: Made a ‘wheel cover’ many, many years ago for another car (maybe the CRV?) and found out that the sun/heat caused something NASTY to occur between the yarn and the plastic/rubber on the steering wheel… the surface of the steering wheel was NEVER the same again. I think it was acrylic yarn - so hoping the high cotton content of Fixation will be more benign. YMMV
