I changed this pattern around a little. I love the double sole used in Sylvia Schuchardt’s Baby Moccasin Booties, so I began with that pattern for the bottom. I sandwiched them together (like her pattern) with the blue color so that it looked like the Converse stripe that is part of the real version of this shoe. I then continued with the loopysue Designs pattern for the rest of the shoe. Instead of embroidering a star, I sewed on small star buttons.
