Notes

Holding heavy fingering 100% British Jacob with hand dyed suri silk for a heavy DK. My shoe size is Aus 7 with short toes, so going for foot width over foot length.

16-06-2024

Omitted last increase on sole side of toe, reducing increases as my stitch guage is bigger.
Adding decrease on foot also after ball of foot, to give 22 on sole and 24 stitches on upper. Then increasing to full stitch count before heel.

In 4th repeat of foot increased to 26 stitches on upper and 28 stitches on the sole, last increase on row 10 of repeat. 30 stitches.

Completed slipper 1, now to replicate for slipper 2

05-07-2024

Finished toe. Changed to 3.5mm needles with reduced stitches, total 62.
Worked same more fitted instep after ball of foot as 1st slipper and increased to full count for division to work heel.
