Top down pullover, yarn substituting for Polwarth, Alpaca, Possum blend with more stretch, instead of wool, cashmere, silk blend. Knitting a smaller size.
Swatch 6 cm deep, neck 24cm, on cord 34cm pre-blocking. 23 stitches, 26 rows in 3 inches. Will go done to 3.5mm needle and cast on for size 1 for closer neckline. As blocked swatch grew in both depth and width. Stitch guage closer at 21 stitches but fabric too loose. Hoping 3.5mm is closer to designers 22 stitch guage but row guage will be off.

Cast on again with the 3.5mm needle and changed cast on to 73 stitches, but placed markers for sleeves as per size 5 so back neckline is shorter by 6 stitches (made up overall by my extra rows).
January 1, 2026
I have added an additional cable on the fronts next to the raglan line. 13cm on the raglan. Row guage about 40 rows. Halving the increases on raglans from this point by missing the increases of stocking on sleeves until just before the armhole when I will add them in again.
Cast on 35 stitches to join the front, adding a missing cable on each side of the centre panel. Realised I had read the chart wrong, and have swapped the increases when I joined the front.

A few rows off splitting sleeves from body. Raglan line now 19cm, I will be adding 12 stitches to underarm when splitting.
January 4, 2026
Doing a mid project block after placing sleeves stitches on hold.
Cast on 12 stitches at each under arm, and continued lace across 9 stitches for front and 3 stitches for back, but then increased a further 4 stitches within the patterning to give 16 stitches total each armhole. Then also added an extra 4 stitches to the front on each side of centre panel and 2 more at beginning of lace after 1st cable.

Width 60cm across when dried after blocking, raglan line to sleeve separation 23 cm.
January 7, 2026
Started 3rd repeat on front panel, and had a try on, will need to add some more stitches to sleeves before knitting in the round, and may add the missing cable to neckline before finishing with ribbing. Happy with stitch count for full bust now.

10cm knit from underarm, back length 22 cm.

Adding cable to neckline after the fact to narrow the neckline, I may also do the ribbing with start of next ball, before returning to the body.

Another inch added to length, I have been decreasing stitches at the underarm area that I added stitches to for my bust adjustment.

Added next ball, and picked up stitches under arm to almost double the stitches there. 1st sleeve decrease after round 4 (to decrease extra pick up stitches).
Decrease every 6 rounds 4 times, then every 8 rounds.

Worked 1st sleeve to elbow. Joined another ball to work 2nd sleeve.

1st sleeve to 11.5 inches from underarm join. Starting more rapid decreases, and more than 3/4 of ball used so far.

Almost added another 50 gms to the body, think my post waist increase rate is fine. Getting closer to another try on before ribbing at the hem now that I have more length on the sleeves.
