Swatched on 3.5mm needle, 3 inches of textured pattern and 15 rows of the lace using D’Luxe DK from Fiber Lily.
23.5 stitches and 33 rows before blocking. It grew to 22.5 stitches and 33 rows when blocked. My modifications for larger bust and narrow shoulders noted below.

I have knit size 1 stitch count for shoulders and size 2 back count (cast on 27) for a size 3 fit in plump Aussie DK. Total stitches back 85. Front will need 6% more rows and increases in the V neck and armscye, as my guage is less open on the heavier yarn.

Row 25 added 1 stitch to textured sections (before or after marker), stitch count 91, will do another increase row on 34th row, outside panel only incorporating knits for final stitches before marker … 7 rows then last increase to get 99 stitches on row 41. Knit 15cm. Halved the underarm shaping increases (as added some on row 41) from the 6.25 inch mark, then added increases as per pattern for the next 7, total stitches 127 and 23.7cm from shoulder unblocked.

Started the increases for front centre lace panel and increases for armhole. Adding a few stitches for a fuller bust, which will eat up some length, managing to squeeze a few extra rows into the fronts without distorting the lace pattern to noticeably.

After joining underarms, knit 10 rows as per pattern, then started to decrease on edges of the textured panels to size down from full bust (H cup) measurement to more comfortable torso sizing.
Have done a few more decreases of extra stitches added for my bust knitting, on the 1st and 2nd of September.

Reduced texture panels to 20 stitches each on front and 13 stitches each on back, side panels to 33 stitches.

Just over 65 gms of Fiber Lily left weighing the half ball of 3rd skein and the swatch, and I am just at belly button. Will definitely need a contrast for icord edging, and possibly an inch of the body, and the ribbing. Knit 6 rounds with the 13 grams from swatch.

Body on hold, picking up stitches for icord edging of armhole in Cable Tie Knits Kingfisher colourway (less variegated than the Fiber Lily), which will also be the ribbing at hem.
134 stitches picked up with 3.25mm needle, as my contrast yarn is less plump.

Neckline icord, picked up and knit 24 stitches at back to centre shoulders and 53 stitches each side of front v, and finished the edgings using a total of 19 grams, joined remainder to body for hem ribbing.

First round of change of colour in all knit stitch using Cable Tie, (except the purls near the markers which I purled), decreasing with k2tog where required to align the rib texture pattern. Knit 12 rounds of the hem border. Knit last round on a larger needle and cast off in Alternating Cable Bind Off.
44.2 grams of the contrast used in total. Added a crochet slip stitch inside of the neckline from just forward of the shoulder, across back and finishing just forward of shoulder, after blocking.

Blocked guage (with a little stretching) 23 stitches and 29.5 rows per 10 cm.

Have worn a number of times and need to block again, stretching length not width at the shoulder neck area, body is fine, tapering a little to natural waist, can smooch it in a little as I have positive ease at waist.
