I’ve decided to crochet all the motifs first, then add the last round while joining-as-I-go.

Sitting down crocheting motifs while watching the World Cup is a wonderful idea!! ^_^

Day 1 - All hexagons & octagon

Day 2 - All pentagons, heptagons, triangles & squares.

Day 3 - Start joining the motifs ^_^ page 19 completed.

Day 4 - Page 26 completed

Day 5 - Page 27 completed

Day 6 - 25th June, page 33 completed

Day 7 - Sew skirt.

Day 8 - 1st July, page 35 completed.

As my shell is in different colours from the body, it was quite tricky when I come to join the head and limbs.

For the skirt I used a 3mm hook and followed Cindy’s instruction.
