This is a beautiful design with an unusual construction. It was a joy to knit, although the front neck shaping was a bit difficult. But once this more complicated part was done, the rest was easy.

I followed the pattern strictly but when I was knitting the first sleeve I found it too wide for my arms and decided to rib back and knit the sleeves according to the directions given for the smallest size.

I like the result, but if I knit this sweater again I will probably opt for the next bigger size.

As always, I must say that I am very bad at taking pictures, and the lack of adequate light doesn’t help either. The colour of the sweater is a wonderful soft and flattering pink… I love it!
