Fun yarn but towards the outer part the sections of flowers vs purple stripes got really narrow and didn’t work so well for the pattern. I ended up separating the skeins into colors and then joining them so that it had longer stripes. Lots and lots of joins. LOL

The pattern border didn’t work out so well for me. If it had been wool, it would have been great as it would have blocked but as it was acrylic I ripped it back and put in a crochet border. The knitted border was curling up on itself and wouldn’t lay flat but the crochet worked out better. After I got in a crochet kick, I crocheted some flowers and put them on the corners.

All in all this turned out great.

Border here. I did a few extra rows of V stitches.
