ARGGGGHHHHHH!!!!

I got to the last skein of Noro and it was started on the wrong color. I thought that maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. I knitted it all the way to the end. In the middle of that skein was a knot that started at yet another color.

I just called every LYS in Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Hillsboro to find another skein of this Noro to no use. I had no choice but to frog the whole thing as the whole top of the bag had weird color changes through it. that sound you hear is my teeth gnashing and my cries of anguish LOL

So I am going to re-knit the whole thing using the wonky skein of yarn on the bottom where no one will notice the bogus color run.

YAY!!! The bag is now done. I’ve felted it and it is now drying/blocking. I cannot wait to use it as it turned out beatiful.

I was really, really worried that Noro wouldn’t felt well as I’d read that on here or that the Lopi would felt differently than the Noro but they both felted beautifully.
