Notes
  1. Cast on with 2 color long tail cast on

  2. Work in double knitting following chart. How To Double Knit Video 2 by Wildflower Wood Video 3 Colour Changes and Knitting from a Chart

  3. (Row 46) Cast off stitches until you have 3 sets of stitches remaining on left side needle and one stitch remaining on right needle. Cut one yarn and fasten off the last stitch from the right needle. You’ll need to add that yarn back in to knit hanging loop.

  4. Adding back the yarn that was cut where needed, continue in double knitting as before but do not cross yarns at the ends so the sides will be open.

  5. When you get to the end of 7 rows (or however long you want the loop), move the loops to two double pointed needles with all one color on one side and the contrast color on the other. Work kitchener stitch for stockinette to finish.

  6. Weave in ends.
