row 1: sc in second chain from hook and all chains across 148 sc (36 fans)
Ch 3 turn

Row 2: Fans: in 4 ch from hook (2dc, ch 1, 2dc) skip 3 sts and fan again, end with dc on last st (top of turning ch 3)

Row 3:Front post and V sts: front post 2nd dc of fan, v st (dc, ch 1, dc) into ch space, front post dc 3rd dc of fan across

Row4: make fans into ch 1 space

End rows with Dc into 2nd ch of ch 3 turning chain

SWITCH to 4.5mm hook for boarder
