I love the yarn but I am not sure I like the eye-of-partridge heel. It seems like a lot of effort for no visible result. My favorite heel is a slipped stitch.

4/5/2010 I finally picked these up again and I am determined to finish them soon. Second sock - just starting the heel flap.

4/6/2010 I turned the heel last night and I am working on the gusset now.
